DITA Eyewear is dedicated to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our luxury frames. If you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition with all packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Package

  Carefully place the eyewear in its original protective case and box, ensuring all certificates of authenticity and cleaning cloths are included.

• 3.
  Attach Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return shipping carton.

• 4.
  Ship & Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once our quality control team inspects the frames, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
